Our vision for Scratch Sandwich Company was to create a local “deli” using “a made from scratch” style of cooking in which everything that goes into our food is made by our team members. The menu pays homage to the innovators of deli cuisine while also introducing Scratch’s own take on what a sandwich should be, a sandwich that our community can possibly call their own. The usage of high-quality ingredients and the emphasis on cooking the majority of our food in-house is what defines our restaurant and distinguishes our cuisine from the rest. All in all, our goal is to ensure that everyone who visits Scratch Sandwich Company feels satisfied and welcome and part of the Scratch family.
